Moley Sounds like a lot of trial and error going on there , but by the sounds of things its turned out well for you Steve.

I've got an Ultimate to get fitted to my car and I'm hoping it will be a more simple install than yours Steve. Just need to find someone to fit it , Confusedmoke:

Thanks. You should be fine if you're just sticking the Ultimate on your supercharged car, a lot simpler than with a turbo installation. All you need is someone who is experienced in mapping them, as you say.

The other day, I noticed my car goes to full boost *much* more linearly since it was re-mapped. It used to easily go up to 0.6 bar, but then hesitate, and then only went round to full boost (approx 0.9 bar measured) in certain situations.

Now it's very easy to get straight onto full boost, it just goes straight up there if you want it to. I simply hadn't noticed it before, which is probably because I don't use full boost very often lol.

that is good news though so it was a positive thing to have the remap  i actually have a similar issue so hoping to have that removed when i have another map, going to use a different mapper this time though too..

I'm not using one at all, nothing more than the OEM fuel system apart from my injectors.

this is where yours is differnt to mine i dont have the oem one i have a sard one with a fuel return line do you think this could be your prob? i dont get any fault codes like yours come up.

i got told that the oem one wasnt that good for a turbo kit?

dont know if this would help?

I'm still running the standard FPR and mines fine, with 550cc injectors.

I presume the standard FPR is fixed at 1:1 rate as it's normally an N/A car?

No, it's nothing to do with the FPR etc, I think it's more to do with the stock ECU not coping 100% with having an O2 sim in place (due to what it knows it's trying to do with fuel and then not seeing the expected result ?).

The OEM fuel system seems to be a lot better than some people think, e.g. as Stav has showed with his car. I remember that Wayne used to say that an uprated FPR was good if you were staying with the OEM injectors, to give more of a margin there. But I have uprated injectors anyway.

I think you need to get this beast down to a TSS event.
