Supercharged Lexus IS200 SE
hello all,
well the lex was in for her MOT today and she passed with flying colours so at least for the time being im a happy man.
yesterday i took apart the calipers to give them abit of TLC as the front right was sticking and while i was there i gave the the centers a quick coat of black paint just to tidy them up abit (didnt take any pictures of that) but i did take some after she had a nice clean and some wax
Looks good matey - plus a  for the MOT pass.... always great when they sail through again!
hi all, havent been on for a while been on holiday and working.
had a problem with my left front calliper recently it decided to sieze up so after ordering a kit of ebay went to work replacing all the rubber seals and bits took a couple of hrs to do but its all done and works well
Update,
Well I've been in contact with Robin H about getting a battery bar and in the next few months sort out a cooling panel.
As the theme under the bonnet is Black and Yellow I've been spraying up the plastic engine covers yellow and leaving the front belt covers black, but I also like bling so will get the battery bar and cooling panel in silver which will keep with the strut brace and the air intake pipe work.
Now I'm thinking of painting the rocker cover black but what sort of paint should I use for it, and before anyone asks I'm not as good as Chris at polishing so won't even attempt a rocker cover
Other then that still need to get the front bumper resprayed
Hammerite will be good for the rocker mate
Update:
well i got a fuel pressure gauge of a member and it arrived today after a stay at the post office.
now this is where i need some help, it has 3 pipes, 2 of course are for the fuel line but whats the 3rd for and also where can i fit it under the engine bay
