Hi, I am in the market for some lowering springs and I want to knnow which ones I should go for if anyone has done this mod.

There are quite a few brands out there with varying prices but is this because of the quality or just the name?

e.g.

APEX - £110 (40mm drop)
Ventura - £135 (40mm drop)
GMax - £110 (40mm drop)
Tein - £180 (35mmfront & 23mm rear drop)

I have the Sport which is 15mm lower.
Do the lowered springs effect the ride compfort much?

Dont use Apex, I ordered some for the TS and after 3 weeks they had not even been dispatched, but on the ebay info they were shown as dispatched next day, I contacted them and they did not give a damm so I cancelled order and got a refund, check out their feedback and most customers said the same.
I then ordered thro PI suspension and they were delivered the next day, good quality springs with a lot of positive feedback from various owners,

On the TS I have not noticed any difference in ride quality and comfort, easily as compliant as OEM if anything a hint better.

I presume because they are a well known brand and that always demands a premium.

Never heard of them, just had a look though and they seem like a reputable make. At £203 I would hope they beat all the rivals.

They are a very Reputable company have you check the price from Germany as they are normally cheaper from here.

Also contact Jerrick from MeisterR, as he can supply Springs....
