So your tuckin 15's, that's cute but come back to me when you get some proper size wheels
I'm lookin at an is300 tomorrow and just want the basics on what to look for with it I'm gettin the cambelt and water pump done the day I get it if the car seems ok but just wanna know if there's anything else I should look out for

07-07-2019, 08:22 AM #2oxygen sensors seem to knacker up if its been sitting unused for a while so may need changing in the near future. then just general checks. if you have a scangauge connect that up make sure of no pending codes. test the tiptronic make sure the buttons change up and down, make sure sunroof works, listen for abnormal engine noises, make sure theres radiator fluid in the reserve reservoir.

is300_dino oxygen sensors seem to knacker up if its been sitting unused for a while so may need changing in the near future. then just general checks. if you have a scangauge connect that up make sure of no pending codes. test the tiptronic make sure the buttons change up and down, make sure sunroof works, listen for abnormal engine noises, make sure theres radiator fluid in the reserve reservoir.

Is the reserve reservoir easy to see and got a fill line on it just so I know I know a bit about cars so can check most things just never looked over a Lexus properly before

07-07-2019, 08:50 AM #4yeah its behind the main rad and has a window with fill line, look down between the cams and the rad and you should notice it, you may need a rag to degrease the plastic window to see the lines if the engine bays not super clean
