Jimbobs Lexus IS200 Turbo!
Drilled and retapped the sandwich plate so now my sensors fit now.
Today i took the flush boot off and have put the old silver one back on not sure whether to get the flush one sprayed and back on, just thinking of the money shortage and dont want a multi colored car for the peterborough meet lol
Didnt get too far on the wire up of the greddy lol just havent had the time but its all in and cables all labelled up ready for a free weekend when ever that may be lol
Ill get some pics soon not really took alot been slacking a bit

05-12-2019, 09:48 AM #282When installing the greddy there is the knock sensor wires do you install to knock sensors or to the intake temp as in the greddy book both are on the same wire so i take its either or??
I'd use water and intake temp instead of knock.

stage 2 panther clutch kit
new water pump
new stereo facia
piston rings to fit the 1ggte pistons lol
cant get hold of the bloke to get arp mains bolts so ill call him monday!
hopefully over the next couple of weeks i should see some good progress with the build and ill get planty of pictures up watch this space lol

16-12-2019, 04:11 AM #288well what i have had to do is im using the oil and 2nd ring from the the 1gfe pistons and researched about and found out that the toyota prius has the same bore and the correct size top compression ring, the only problen being is that the prius is only a 4 cylinder so had to order two sets and have alot of rings spare lol on the 1ggte pistons the rings have to be 1.2 x 1.5 x 4 and the prius ones are 1.2 x 1.2 x 2 if i recall and the 1gfe ones are 1.5 x 1.5 x 4
