Right flywheel bolts arrived today so tomorrow the flywheel and new clutch will be fitted along with the gearbox and i will get the lump installed and start plumbing all the engine back in! ill get a nice load of pics for everyone to see.

Once the lump is in i can take down the hoist to give me some more room it is very tight working in a single garage lol

IKE emailed the inlet manifold will be on its way back monday aswell so see what that looks like and hopefully i wont have any problems fitting!

Also ordered a bottom engine cover from ****** to keep the elements out of the engine bay it was like i got a beach under the bonnet until i give it a gd clean lol think it cost £220 roughly

Well today was a good productive day (Got my dad to help out he loves getting his hands dirty lol)

Vibratechnic mounts all fitted aswell

Fly wheel fitted

Kevlar stage 2 clutch fitted and the gearbox fitted back on

Engine and gearbox put back in

Trial fitted the turbo to get measurements for the intake pipe i have bought and to see if the water feeds were ok and not to high

Then fitted the down pipe to see where the lambda sensors will go as got to drill and weld on the bosses! A question though do i have to use the 2 old sensors or can i just use the out put signal that i get from my A/F Gauge??

One pain is the waste gate as this is not going to fit and i am going to have to weld a 90 degree angle on it then fit the v band and also then the screamer pipe will be a straight down pipe so just got to talk to my welders!!

Also put the short shifter and interior back together so inside complete again

now just got to sell my exhaust manifold and high flow cat
