oh wait there the outlet on the rocker cover is a 1 way valve so it will not see boost the thing is when i plumb it into the vacuum manifold the car does not like it at all eventually stalls and i cant start the engine?? any ideas??

Yeah but it goes through a plastic valve on the rocker cover doesn't it. I've found they use different valves on engines that had boost from factory, but it obviously doesn't matter that much as TTE didn't provide a different valve as part of the IS200 supercharger kit.

I think perhaps the valves on the boosted engines are larger, as FI applications need a bigger PCV generally.

Are you leaving a hole in the inlet manifold when you haven't got it connected? Because if you are that is probably how the car is idling! If you have no ICV then when you connect that hose you seal the inlet and the engine stalls?

i dont have an idle control valve fitted and the pcv it just left open to atmosphere and the car starts and idles fine so i need the icv could this be why i am having troubles with boosting aswell??? stab in the dark my brain is fried thinking and chasing problems lol

I know you don't have an ICV. What I'm saying is that if you leave the hose off for the PCV then the car can breathe at idle through that hole (the hole in the intake not the hole on the top of the engine). With no ICV it shouldn't start as the inlet will be totally sealed. If you connect the PCV then the engine will have nowhere to get air from so it won't idle. All the ICV does is open a hole in the intake to let a small amount of air in, and if you don't connect the PCV to the inlet then you are doing that job.

sorry think im missing something here lol i have nothing on the PCV and the point i was connecting it to is now sealed aswell on the inlet manifold so its getting air from where?? sorry to be a pain mate
the problem i have at the minute is not so much the idle i have got that ticking over about 750 rpm now and quite smooth but when i drive and go to boost power is taken away and the engine stalls i dont even get to positive boost
I have checked for leaks on all connections and it is all ok, afr is ok though sits at about 13 when it suddenly loses all power and stalls

That's the same as I've got. Though I'm not sure how to get it to work with the emanage. It's fairly simple on my ecu but I can't remember how simple it is on the emanage.

It's because the standard ecu opens the throttle with the motor to act like an icv afaik. But with the bypass you've fitted it obviously can't do that.
