right tonight i have checked for any leaks and none! but boost is back???? get upto roughly 6.6PSI in first but then the stall comes in
i read on the net that the recirculating bov needs to be plumbed back into the inlet and it would stop the sudden cut of power as it could be the turbo chatter causing the stall but in idle when i rev it is fine no stall, under load i do stall when i do a pull
I noticed that when i do a pull the engine goes down to 10 when i pull so very rich!! so i need to do injector settings could this be the reason for the stall?? the power decreases to finally stall its like a fail safe to cut power???

How much silicone hose have you got between the turbo and the throttle body?

When I did put the S/C on mine, it had a long length (about 300mm) of silicone tube, and for some reason, when letting off the throttle, it would suck in/squash this section of pipe, meaning no are can get through, and then stall. Replaced with a solid section (aluminium pipe) and alls now OK.

It sort of sounds similar to your problem, so it might be worth looking at?

I've used couplers mate so not the problem unfortunately I've ordered parts to recirculate my bov I just read that when the bov opens is account for the and some is blown off and then it will be rich and pretty much flood the engine

You don't really need to recirc it mate. Yes it can help but matters more on engines that run maf rather than map.

That's a lot of boost for no mapping mate its prob running out of fuel! No idea why the boost is suddenly back though.

Hmm I'm not entirely sure I understand mate? I'd keep the boost at 0.3 with the standard injectors till its mapped properly.

I'm pretty sure most of your issues could be mapped out.
