Pat, after the couple of threads I posted yesterday I've had a look through your build and have got a few questions if you don't mind me asking...
1. How much did it cost to get the new intake/outtake's fabricated?
2. The mounting plate that you have for the bypass, is this a requirement? Has the bypass not got a flange on it that you need the plate?
Due to the way my intake is currently designed I think I may have to get a new intake made!
Ive got a really good fabricator so all i did was give him some 63mm pipe and he made the flat plates and welded them on with the bolt holes.
With the bypass yes u need the flat plate one side u can mount 40mm pipe to but the other is just flat so needs a bracket made to hold it and connect it to the silicone T piece.
Hows ur intake designed

The intake on mine goes down and under rather than to the side like yours. I didn't make the intake though. From what I can see I think its the original merc one maybe but modified.
It is mate! Are you able to find out off the guy you got your intake made from how much it would be to make another by any chance?
No can do mate see the bonus of working in the military is theres someone for everything.
But unfortunately hes not here and wont be till next year
