I have installed last saturday my new 1ZZFE injectors with new seals. I still have the 130mm pulley.
I now have problems to start the engine. Till now, the engine was starting at the first time but now I need tow or three times to get the engine started. As soon as the engine is started, there are no problems, no misfire, nothing wrong.
Do you know why ? Do I have to setup something with the new injectors ?

Yes, it prevents fuel cut really. Did you have the injectors cleaned and flow tested? If you change your injectors to be on the safe side its best to get them cleaned and tested. Maybe a faulty injector?

no error codes at all. Just a problem to start the engine. The injectors were remanufactured injectors and looked reallly in very good condition.

sounds like the fuel is making it way back down the fuel system when its stood so you might have a leek some where ?

Are the Injectors seated properly ?

Yes I think so. I have checked for any leaks just after installing the injectors and I saw nothing. Maybe I am wrong.

I doubt it is flow back as the pump primes the system. Do you have a AFR gauge setup? It is more than likely the fact the injectors are a bigger cc to the standard ones and the ecu is having to adjust the setup when she is finely running as the system will be running lean when you first start up. An idea anyway mines a turbo IS not got experience with chargers

No I do not have any AFR gauge. I was thinking something like that, an AFR problem due to the use of bigger injectors.
