Also borrowed an air saw to make the front bottom grille bigger by removing the plate mount area.
Hopefully look a little more aggressive at the front then.

Well the new front plate has arrived 9x7 looks pretty good just got to work out mounting it now.

Then my plate arrived so I made a custom mount for that on the left of the car out of sheet metal

Think it looks a lot better u can also see in that pic the top grille is now the correct one after getting off stav at JAE cheers mate.

Well today I did a bit of work on the car, decided to make the front end look a bit better so out came the lower grille and then the use of an air saw took out where the normal plate mounts.
Then my plate arrived so I made a custom mount for that on the left of the car out of sheet metal
Think it looks a lot better u can also see in that pic the top grille is now the correct one after getting off stav at JAE cheers mate.

But you have nothing to protect the intercooler.

Old was 87mm and new is 63mm makes a huge difference to space around the front

Did think about it but my last was open to all and didn't suffer even when I hit the big rabbit that smashed off the front lip the only reason I changed fmic was due to how deep it was.

And then a few days later headed down for japshow finale
What a great event and the weather stayed nice for us as well
Only took a few pics from up on the grand stand but thought the car didn't look out of place and got plenty of interest.

Well since taking the front section out I needed to lift the fmic up a little bit to make it fit better
Looks better now.
