10-12-2022, 01:27 AM #1,133I'd be interested to see what your experience with the ls400 brakes are like. I had nothing but problems after fitting them, I'm still not convinced the master cylinder is up to the job.

10-12-2022, 03:57 PM #1,135is there a difference between the early spec and the post 2001 models with regard to brakes? Matt and I really ran out of ideas and they were too squishy to be safe on the road really.
Though I've replaced a lot of my lines as well

Sounds like I had a duff set of callipers then.

I fitted the new spigot bearing and what a surprise all my gearbox issues have now gone lol. No more weird screeches from the car!!
Finished off painting the LSD so that is ready to go on once i get the motivation.

Tomorrow the LS400 Brakes are getting fitted as the slide pin has seized for the last time on the front!!
Also fitted some universal arches onto the front and rear, gives it bit more of a mean look

I fitted the new spigot bearing and what a surprise all my gearbox issues have now gone lol. No more weird screeches from the car!!
