That seems like an awful lot of wear on a brake disc though, warped or not, i.e. the grooves disappearing Confusedhock:

Here is my reply

Sorry but it looks like these have been warped during use. If the discs are not bedded in correctly this will occour. Also what pads are you using as they seem to be eating the discs?

How worn are the pads ? I wonder if the pads on that side has completely worn through at one point and it is metal-on-metal. As Chris said it could well be that the worn part of the disc is sticking up and isn't flat - either the disc has warped and that bit of the disc is now sitting higher, or it has been sitting higher all along.

There is still some left on the pad but not sure how it compares to the otherside ? & not sure how it is sitting thought it was ok ?

40mm Lowering Springs, Re-sprayed Front, 6000K HID's, Re-furbed alloys, Bandit Induction Kit (cheers Chris), Raised boot spoiler with LED, Blue calipers with silver decals, De-badged rear, Chrome Oil Filler Cap (thanks to Chris again), White LED dash bulbs, Blue a/c control bulbs, Blue door markers and interior lights, Sony head unit, Chrome Lexus tax disc holder, TRD side skirts, Original Saloon Front Bumper re-fitted instead of Sportcross

Can you feel anything when braking? if the disks not sitting correctly surley there would be some sort of judder?
