DJ Wozza Darn thing, I couldn't give it away at the Midlands LOC Meet, & still can't....Lol, how did you end up with a new OE filter? Have you tried ebay, I'm sure you'd get a few quid for it rather than give it away for nothing........

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Rabster i also have a spare OEM filter and i will be in waltham abbey tonight if you fancy grabbing it for freeCheers for the offer (lot of OEM filters about
) but I'm just gonna go for the K&N one now if its better.....steviewevie Did you try vacuuming the filter to see if that helps, before you get a new one Parthiban ?Haven't got round to it yet, but I'm sure they'll replace it at its next service in august if I leave the original in, so will replace it soon anyway.

Marsdendean Does everyones where the gear stick is get hot on the autos?? Mines hot all the time, and hope its normal!
Whereabouts exactly, the actual gear knob or the surround with the PRND symbols on?

Marsdendean PRND 321 :wink: on mine! Yes around that area with the sports button, and where you rest your leg against the carpet
Mine is the same. The drivers side gets quite warm, whereas the passenger side does not.
I hope this is normal in an auto.

Don't remember feeling that, but can't remember ever touching the surround while driving nor do I rest my leg on the there...........will check it out next time I'm out in the car

Ok i've got a new filter now (cheers chris!) can I just stick it straight in or should I do anything else first?
