strange freeview problem
strange freeview problem
Noticed this over the past few weeks, during the night my freeview box spontaneously switches itself on and goes to channel 19, now I know i put it on standby before I go to sleep and i've tried it where it's not been on 19 aswell yet when I wake up in the morning it's always on.
I've checked that there is no schedule/alarm set for it, it's not really a problems just something strange, any ideas?

10-10-2016, 06:31 AM #5i suppose it's always a possibility however i would see it as highly unlikely as mine is always on the same channel and sometimes when i wake up in the middle of the night at say 3-5am it's switched on but I might not have gone to sleep till around 12-1am so.

Thers one way to check. Leave it switched off at the plug overnight and see if its on in the morning, if so you have ghostly problems .
