Really pleased to see all the safety aspects have been done, nothing worse than reading a tuning thread and its all speed and no stop.

All looking very nice so far, didn't actually realise you were doing an allround upgrade, thought it was just a turbo, should be quite a different machine when you get it back! How much longer will you have to wait?

The brakes are being upgraded, yes (along with stainless brake lines too), plus coilovers to replace my lowering springs. These bits are being put on at the same time although they're not strictly part of the turbo upgrade himself.
According to what Steve told Gord when he popped up there, they're trying to get it all sorted by the end of this week and get it over to Noble for mapping next week. I spoke to them yesterday but the engine was still not back together - the crank was back in and the next step was to put the cylinder head back on. So now I'm starting to think I might not get it back in time for Xmas, I personally think that's doubtful. I certainly would rather have it done properly, rather than being rushed though.

Haven't yet unfortunately, just stick my head in every so often and catch up with the last few posts, but this thread grew too fast! Do need to sit down and have a read through the whole thing at some point though!
Makes sense not to rush it though, that way you can just enjoy it when you get it back rather than worry about different problems........

No no, just regular discs, albeit grooved and drilled. The black surface is an anodised coating. It soon wears off the face of the discs, but should stay in the grooves and hopefully on the central hub (though looks at B15RUP's discs it appears it doesn't last forever there either).
