My little project - IS200 Turbo
All sounds promising mate, glad things are moving along despite the weather!
Bet you cant wait mate, but you'll have to wait till the weather is a bit better before you can have some fun with it
Marsdendean Did sam have any problems with his map?
Quote:Ill try to call up tomo if there open steve (anyone know?) as i may see if they will check the battery for me - dont like playing with electrics!I could be wrong but I think they're open just to finish off some jobs before Xmas. They might be pretty busy. Give them a call before you go.

A quick update, but nothing much to say because nothing has happened really. The weather at Charlesworth has meant they've had no deliveries coming in. However, they did hear from the Post Office yesterday that they've taken delivery of some of Charlesworth's parcels, so they're going to check that out today and hopefully my silicone hoses are in that. Also they are picking up some oil feed fittings from their engineering guy.
Hopefully they can get back to work on it very soon now. They don't want to keep stopping and starting, they want to get all the remaining bits then they can plough on, finish off their work and get it to Noble for mapping.
Bet all this snow is pisin you off more than most after hearing that.
What colour of hoses you going for Steve and are you using Mikalor clamps also.
Getting it to Noble for mapping will be dangerous in the snow - we all know how bad these cars are with even the slightest bit of snow. You have been so unlucky with the weather.

Thanks guys. Yes it's getting frustrating but it's just the fault of the weather really. Yes Moley, the bad weather probably is annoying me more than most, it's just delaying me getting my car back more and more !
Phil, yeah, thanks, Noble is still a little way from Charlesworth so they'll need the weather to be reasonably ok to take it over there. However, they'll be driving it over there very gently because it won't have been mapped. I guess they'll leave the turbo connected up but just try and keep the boost very low.
That would be sensible. Mine only comes on boost at about 2800, so very easy do drive off boost.
