dimis Have you thought to use a mechanical O2 spacer initially? It is much a cheaper solution. I had the same problem "Check engine light" when i fitted a racing cat on my car. The problem was solved by fitting a mechanical O2 spacer.

Nice results Steve on the Dyno looks nice and smooth, just what you wanted, I am pleased it has turned out well and it looks really well put together, a 100bhp increase on stock is gotta make it feel loads different and as you mentioned +50bhp on stock flywheel to turbo wheel BHP, NICE :thumbup:

Sparkystav basically its a space, moves the sensor backwards so its end isnt sticking in the middle of the pipe,
less gases run by it so less chance of and error
