I should have been clearer. There is the original web based interactive manual (which the pdfs from your link are based on) which came on a CD and is in HTML format. It only worked on IE 5 - 10 and was a PITA. I have updated it to work in Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.
You can grab it form here.
You need an Internet Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Exploder, Safari etc) and the ability to view PDF's (Adobe Acrobat).
I have tested it on Windows, Mac, Android and Ipad.
To use it
1. Download the .zip file.
2. Uncompress it to your local drive.
3. Browse to \content\default.html and open in browser.
4. Profit.
