I agree, straight out of the box, the Desire/Nexus One are the best handsets on the market (ignoring the iPhone as whether you prefer android or iOS is a different issue)
The SGS is brilliant but I've had to tweak it quite a bit to get it to where it is, which some people might not be comfortable doing.

30-06-2017, 01:12 AM #7The iPhone don't support Bluetooth so is useless to me it does do Adobe with a hack now though. Being locked into itunes isn't good either.

30-06-2017, 01:18 AM #8Been a fan of the iPhone since it has came out, had a blackberry, got it march this year, and got rid of it june this year as I really did not like it towards the end of my ownership of it. I love my iPhone, but there is something about the Desire that makes me click, and I would go for one if offered!
The most interesting phone on the way is the HTC Desire HD - all the HTC goodness with a hardware spec similar to the Galaxy S and android 2.2 :drool:

Based on past phones I think the LG will be just as crippled as the Samsung straight out of the box, they just can't get software right. The hardware (of the Samsung anyway) is incredible, and with a few tweaks is running amazingly well. Actually have a few updates to do on mine which should having it running even better!
