Three Mobile AVOID!!
Three Mobile AVOID!!
I have been a loyal customer to three mobile for 7 years and only issues ever had was letters being sent to wrong address. Anyway I called up on 14th to upgrade to Iphone 4. after 30 minms going through new price plan and confirming delivery address for next day delivery I got told sorry this is not available to you. was angry and spoke to a manager.
Long story short they keep changing my delivery date has gone from 15th to 28th to 22nd to 29th to 30th and now 8th October! They also cant make their minds up if iphone is free or not and no department has a clue on what they are doing. I looked at their blog site run by three itself and new customers are getting their phones within 48hrs. I am so angry as i am now left without a phone as a cancelled my other contract to stay with three!!
I am now going to cancel my order and go else where!
Id never go with 3, the whole company seems crappy, but thats just always been my perception!! Apperently tesco have really good offers on the IP4, although not sure what the customer services/network is like!
What are orange like?
I've worked my way round all of the mobile phone companies for the second time now and I'd have to say they are all much the same in the end .... customer service in this country is pretty much non existent and staff training is as much of a myth as Bigfoot..... please no-one get me started on our national landline supplier either lol
Tesco out of stock orange and vodafone have them however reluctant to go back to vodafone as they were just as bad as three
i was with them for a year after 10+ years of hell wilth T mobile. Really didnt like their bill breakdown, it wasnt very clear, and i normally dont really look that closely but because my bills were never consistant...i.e. one month it would be £30 (which it should have been as i never went over my allowance) the next would be £60, then £50, then 40, then £60....etc as far as customer service and network goes its brilliant!
Been with O2 for 7/8 years now and have no complaints....some have said the customers services have slipped recently, but i havent had the need to call them so that kinda sums it up nicely
Ive only had voda on company phones, not personal, however they do seem expensive
What you might find best to do is send in a written compliate and see how they respond to that first.
I am in total agreement that you get no service in this country any more.
What is starange is the companies work hard to get you but they don't do them same if you are not happy with the service.
I with Virgin and have to say there about the top of the tree on phones but do not have the later model phones.
Vodafone have always been great for me, but you do pay a little more I think, and there were some serious problems around delivery of the HTC Desire (although this was apparently Apple's fault)
Some friends of mine for their IP4s from Voda next day delivery when people were queueing up outside the store like morons.......:tongue_smilie:
That should say "got" rather than "for" (stupid no edit button)
