A case of bending the arch liner far enough out to get in with the ratchet. I managed to get the extension bar onto the nut first then pushed the ratchet onto the end to undo it...
Real PITA job though...

Well, I did it using very similar kit bud - with skinned knuckles...

You don't, you unclip the white plug from it and the whole headlight assembly comes out..
Mind and take out the bulbs as well before you yank out the light...
