After swapping the air filter, loving how the engine sounds much meatier than it did before, and starting to want more!

What else can I do without spending a fortune to make it sound even better?

If it's just the filter you changed you could add a whole system like the K&N Typhoon, I can't believe the noise difference on mine!!

Lol it was probably a mistake not getting a standard filter........:w00t:

Is that an induction kit, or is that something different? How hard is it to fit and what sort of cost is involved?

Not overly keen on removing cats but might consider an exhaust......

Induction kit. Don't think it's available for the IS200, but another induction kit should give a similar effect.

If you don't buy an induction kit taking the resonator off should make the car sound more throaty. Not done it or heard the difference myself - but it's free Smile.

Resonator is the box that comes off the right hand side of the intake before the airbox. Just need to take it off and seal the hole to stop hot air getting in.

Was Supercharged Racing Green IS200 Sport. Now APR Stage 1 Seat Leon Cupra (220 Bhp).
