I ordered an m10 x 18 bolt with a fine pitch thread of 1.25 for my TTE charger 9 days ago now, from a company on ebay. It hasn't turned up and the local sorting office havent got it, but the company are being useless about sorting it out.

Does anyone know if an IS200 has an m10 x 18 1.25 bolt anywhere on it? or any other Jap metal (I know the Japanese use alot of fine pitch threads in their cars etc) or know of any local ish places to kent/essex that would stock one?

I am supposed to be fitting my supercharger this Saturday/Sunday and obviously can't finish it without this bolt.

ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated Big Grin

Silly suggestion maybe, but... What about the likes of B&Q/ScrewFix/Homebase, could they not supply a bolt with the right specs?

IS200 Sport - Sold
Mazda 6 MPS - Zoom Zoom!

Modifications
Completed:

Currently 280bhp/295lbft; 3" Meercat custom exhaust; KW Suspension; FMIC; SSP; HPFP; Custom Stainless Steel Dials - for the moment, the only set in the world!! (Till the group buy for MPSOC anyway  )

In Progress:

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake

Have a look at one of the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts mate, there's 3 bolts on the back one and they should come out quite easy? and i'm sure they fit, but don't quote me on that :thumbup1: the heat shield should be ok with 2 holding it in place untill you get the right one for the job? Smile

if this for the support strap/strip that bolts from the rear of the cradle to the rear of the block?? if it is then dont worry about it, the bracket on the cradle snaps often and doesnt make any difference.

I would NOT retap anything as you will hav e amix of threads in the hole and when you tighen the bolt it will strip the hole, leaving u with a much larger problem

Nah its for one of the others - forget which but my friend who's fitting it knows lol.

Yeah the support strap I had snapped on the previous car, so Chris welded it back on and its safe to say it's going NOWHERE Smile

Cradle, Charger all bolted in (bar that 1 bolt), induction sorted, silicon hoses in, intercooler on etc. not long to go now and it'll be all done Smile
