I think Orange may be a goer
I work for Orange and the only thing I hate about them is that if you need to speak to customer services, you press about 10 options before you get thru to them, and some of the call centre staff, the ones based abroad, don't fully understand your query, but in store, almost all of my customers that come in with some kind of complaint, are angry as a result of somthing they have done, and if Orange have screwed up, they generally make as much effort as possible to sort it
customer service can be good or bad in any company, as it always depends on who you speak to, if you ring up and someone isn't helpful, hang up and call back, u rarely speak to the same person twice anyway
Want to sort me out with a good deal on orange
lol, I haven't been able to give my friends discount as everyone wants it and I can't give to one and let down another
but remember the tariff is more important than the handset, so if you only need a lower tariff, don't go on a higher one to get the phone free, the saving goin on to a lower tariff will more than colver the up front cost of the handset if it isn't free

yea but the line rental is most likely £25 a month so phone would be £480 not £1100
purplewitch I've worked my way round all of the mobile phone companies for the second time now and I'd have to say they are all much the same in the end .... customer service in this country is pretty much non existent and staff training is as much of a myth as Bigfoot..... please no-one get me started on our national landline supplier either lol
