Still slightly catching my inlet at WOT, so I'm defo going to have to change my inlet pipe. But working fine, just means I'm not quite ful boosting. Probably wont be sorted in time for Japfest, but soon afterwards.
My 150mm 6pk pulley turned up on Friday courtesy of Mr Plamen. Apparenty the first 150mm 6pk he has sent to the UK :gay: Looks great, feels great. Just waiting on two more injectors, then I can send em off to be cleaned and flow matched, grab a belt along with some new spark plugs and on it all goes.
Very nice Wayne, does it feel better now?

Hmm, it seems a very tight fit. Does the inline spring rub on the silicone hose? You could move the inline spring assembly to the throttle body side if you think that'll make things better. Just pull the cable all the way out of the shield, swap the fittings at both sides and thread the cable in again. Just to make things tidier in your configuration.
But if the valve arm is hitting something, then it's a matter of modifying your inlet OR using a spacer. If I wasn't so stupid lately, I would have remembered that I have some bypass flanges with wrong (larger) bolt holes in them, perfect as a spacer for your valve. And at 5mm they would probably have been enough to sort out your clearance issue. And I could have thrown one in your last package.
But as I said, I'm too stupid these days...
Finally got my Legana bumper on! I won't say fitted, cuz I have a few issues to sort out before I can claim that. But I love it.
My headlights are spazzy eyed (wear and tear on the bracket) so the bumper ain't sitting right and my fog lights need placing correctly and properly fitting. I ain't quite rich enough for the OEM fogs, so I had to buy some for the Legana Replica bumpers. The bracket set up is totally different, so I've had to fibreglass up my own holders, and I haven't quite got it 100%. Nothing but a placement issue. Slightly too far forward atm and a little too flimsy.
Mint from afar, but far from mint...
