Is200 Kompressor
I think Iam, I've only ever really dealt with classic mini's hich is a simple as it gets, let alone adding boost.
So the PCV and the breather are not connected as of, critical to each other.
I'll just root the breather to s/c inlet and leave the rest as is.
Cheers for reply
January is long & expensive
Another relatively substantial order has been made for the little odds 'n' sods that I needed after the initial mock up.
So fingers crossed I should have everything to hand to build this up, and thus a long weekend has been booked off work to mackle it all together.
In the meantime, aside from losing count as to how many times the bumper has been on & off, I wasn't happy with the new placement of the PSF cooler. The power steering has never had a very consistent feel to it either way and the old cooler pipe is pretty grotty.
So a quick trip round saw some 10mm pipe and hose and a few hours later;
Hopefully now it will see some air flow as the IC has taken it's old seat.
Also.
These;
An accidental decision is also to de-AC the car.
After catching the AC rad with the angle grinder, it makes sense to rid the car of the pump, pipes & rad. I wasn't using it anyway, and now i can't even if i wanted to - It's got a hole in it (Y)
Also means a lot of what i was working around previously with pipe rooting will be out of the question. Good.
Nice update mate!

So the looong weekend has begun.
Ideally I was hoping to have it had a test run under my belt by tonight, but dog walking, Mrs ferrying and indecisive IC piping combinations have left 80% complete.
Plenty of room on the O/S for piping, now the aircon is out of the way.
A strangely satisfying feeling as the AC pump dropped out the bottom of the bay (Y)
The leak;
-IC is in.
-Supercharger is in & oiled.
-Manifolds tweaked, prepped, painted and bolted in.
-Bypass mounted.
-Cold side piping rooted satisfactorily.
-Hot side piping rooted (not so satisfactorily, will continue to ponder and wish I hadn't chopped that U bend in half).
-Drive belt in place.
-S/C intake prepared.
All thats left is to;
-Plumb in vacuum pipes & bypass.
-Rig air temp sensor.
-"Revise" hot side piping...
So enjoy some pics of the S/C manifolds;
We are done.
Only had it ticking over etc for fault finding.
Shake down run tomorrow
