posty mmmmm I like them
I've actually swapped the wing nuts for the OEM nuts now because they stopped the positive terminal cover sitting properly and I didn't want to risk them shorting out on the bonnet or something stupid.

Not sure what metal they are, but yes they're gold plated. And I've seen that picture too, thats why I was a bit over cautious with the height of the wing nuts even though they were probably fine.

Not sure what metal they are, but yes they're gold plated. And I've seen that picture too, thats why I was a bit over cautious with the height of the wing nuts even though they were probably fine.
After having the new front screen fitted yesterday, the car went for it's MOT this evening and passed with only an advisory for low brake pads which I expected.
Might have to look into brake upgrades soonish because I don't want to fork out for normal discs and then have to spend even more upgrading them later anyway!

It's been making a horrible thudding noise and vibrating the whole car under braking recently which I have put down to a warped disc.
When I took the nearside caliper off, one of the pads was absolutely stuck solid. I guess it has just rusted in at some point.
Luckily once the pad was out the piston still moved freely, so I cleaned them out, grease them up and now it's all running niiice and smoooth again
FIGS brackets for the Supra discs are in the UK awaiting a customs payment at the moment, so I expect to be fitting those next weekend, probably along with the bumper. And maybe even the coilovers if I feel like going nuts with the mods!

If you have the spare cash then defo get the coilovers, I wish I had instead of springs but need to build the funds back up before I do that.
Always important that the breaks work correctly, can't wait to see the car with the new discs and the bumper all fitted.
