The front where the oem intake slides over it is 90-100 mm
The middle of the housing is 125 mm diameter
The back of the cone is wider it is 140mm but i needed to cut some pieces on the bottom side to make space for some wires wich are below the air filter.
I hope these numbers are what you need? I think 160mm will be slightly too big. Mine is allready touching the bonnet. Just a little of the isolation of the bonnet.

Allright back to the project.
It has been a while but i have some updates.
First off all I bought a new 155 mm pulley from Pate of the euro LOC.
Fitted together with some cleaned up 2zzge 310cc yellow injectors.
Also painted my brake calipers red again. The paint was coming off so needed new painting.
Also some more blue items on the engine bay TRD cap and changed back to the oem supercharger airbox because the supercharger whine started to annoy me.
Also painted the box matt black again and put a new supercharger logo on it.
So now my new setup is
Bemani supercharger setup
155 mm pulley
2zz-ge injectors 310cc
still patricks blackbox
de-cat manifold and de-cat exhaust
bigger intercooler
IK22 spark plugs
aem wide band Failsafe gauge ( air fuel ratio and charge pressure meter in one )
Now Running 0,6 bar pressure near the rev limiter with 155mm pulley
I must say the car is running fine till 4500RPM then it is starting to run rich. Air fuel goes to 10-11.
Also when driving some kilometers. Check engine light comes up. telling me that the car is running rich. Code P0175 and P0172.
Apart from that the car is pulling great but Then the clutch was starting to slip.
Installed a new Performance clutch kit from Helix. Helix Organic clutch. Feels much stronger then the oem clutch. And best off all it is not slipping anymore.
Well the best part is still to come. I just ordered a Greddy e-manage Ultimate ECU.
But first going on vacation and then In september the e-manage will be fitted and mapped at Sky-engineering.nl
I have seen some good work from them and were very friendly and i made a good deal with them to get my car mapped.
now i cant wait till september.
