So just a few little updates.
Last week it was time to replace the timing belt. Lexus dealer says the timing belt needs to be replaced every 120000 kilometer or 8 years but i decided to check it out because mine was 6 years ago. But when i removed the cover i saw some wear in the belt and thought better be safe then sorry. So the timing belt is now replaced.

Because i now have a lot of vacuum related items on my car for example: The boost gauge / blowoff valve / and soon a 3 bar map sensor i bought a vacuum manifold to collect all the vacuum related items at one center point.
Also fitted some blue silicone hoses to link all the points.
I also fitted the oem vacuum hoses to it so it will fill the other points. Now still left is the 3 bar map sensor but that will be fitted at the mapper. when the e-manage ultimate is fitted.
Also did a final check up before it goes to the mapper. Everything is fine for now and ready to be mapped.

Impressive so u can run individual lines into it and not T into any of them

yes. I took the main vacuum with a t-piece from the 10mm hose of the brakebooster plus the small vacuum hose at the throttle body. This will result in a great amount of vacuum/boost for better response at the sensors/meters/blowoff valve.

I used to have multiple T-pieces but now there will be another vacuum line for the map sensor so it will look very shabby if i put another t piece. Now I got all the vacuum points centered to one point and take it from there.

Allright there was a little delay but monday i got the car back. The e manage was installed and they mapped the car on the dyno. The end result was 230 HP with 330NM torque.
They said the car was at 240 but then the car almost started to knock so they adjusted the ignition timing a little back at the higher revs so that the car was more safe so in the end it was 230hp
That said i was still a little dissapointed because i was hoping to get at least 250hp comparing to others with similair setups. The guy also told me that when they began with the dyno runs the car had 210 horse power. That is even less then the dyno run i did with the standard supercharger kit. Even at 0,34 bar i had 211hp so how can it be 210 when running at 0,6-0,7 bar. So maybe the dyno gives lower numbers or maybe i really have only 230 hp. I am thinking of bringing the car back to were i had my first dyno run with 0,34 bar so i can compare both dynos.
But anyway the car does drive very good. Still i am very happy with the 330NM torque. The air fuel ratio is set at 11,6-12.0 during full throttle. Still i think it could have some more fine tuning below 4200rpm but first i enjoy it for some time.

What i also tested wich i found very interesting was the effect of the variable intake manifold with the supercharger setup. I thought it would still be better to have the intake like oem but the results show that with supercharger setup it is better to have the vacuum controlled valve permanent open. You see a little increase in torque around 4200 rpm.

the final results
