Haven't owned an iPhone 4 so won't comment on that, but personally I feel they all have advantages and disadvantages and different phones will appeal to different people.
The thing that can be said though is that there is not a single handset that stands head and shoulders above the rest, they're all pretty much equal. The ace card the Galaxy S has is that there is some serious untapped raw power underneath it, and that is something the other two can't currently match (only the droid x can which we don't have over here yet)
