You still need the OEM MAP sensor in there for the OEM ECU to use.

But as Stav says, it sounds like you're hitting the fuel cut. The OEM MAP sensor might be seeing too much boost, and then going into limp mode. But the e-Manage should be preventing this by clamping the MAP sensor voltage that is being sent to the OEM ECU - that's all setup in the mapping and it sounds like there might be a problem, as Stav said.

will be going back to him soon as need to finish getting 320 out of it. now that i've changed the clutch he can finish it

The EManage should be using the aftermarket MAP sensor to calculate the fuel needed etc.
But it also needs to send a clamping voltage out to the standard one to stop it hitting fuel cut. It may be that its doing it, but the extra cold weather has just tipped it over the edge

How you finding the clutch? Its the same one Stevie has and I also had it.

the fensport one? thats what i fitted and yer it's ok. fitted a short shift so cant tell the difference with it but it's good. want the summer here so i can drift a bit round the back of the hotel.

All the locals use it also, but in Volvos - you need to show them up!!

i hope to but need the carpark first. have 5 set of tyres to burn up so just need the snow to go
