if you tale to the Sponsor Auto Rae Chem they will sort you out and a very good load of stuff from them

if you are looking to buy decent stuff for the 1st time i can recommend

Both Types of clay Bar
Final Finish (dilute to make clay bar lube)
Shampoo
Wiggly wash Mitt
Bright Wheels
Wheel rim brush
Polishing microfibre
Drying microfibre

not sure if they have colonite might be worth an ask though

you spray some on the clay bar and spray some onto the body panel mate and then rub the clay bar onto that area making sure you keep it lubed up.

ive never used the one uve linked to so cant say if its good or not

Also how hard should I work the polish/wax into the car?

I've always been told to apply a layer at a time in long horizontal movements, never swirls as this will cause hazing and swirl marks, then allow to haze then buff off.
