Fitted the parrot handsfree kit yesterday night, Just had to tidy the wires away neatly tonight. Mounted the control unit where it was easily seen and could be operated easily.

Just got the service to do at the weekend, Then its off for its MOT.

Thanks, Was going to put it on the other side of the clock but it was a bit too far to reach!

Also tidied the wire so it isn't showing, Put it coming through the inside of the vent.

Whilst i was picking up a new washing basket in the local poundstretcher, I seen these

They are near as the same ones for sale on ebay at half the price. They are a direct replacement for the ones that are in the car as they are broken and have never worked properly! So far I have put them in primer as they come gloss black. Will pick up an aerosol colour an paint them up and get them fitted at the weekend

Got the MOT on Saturday morning, So hoping it will fly through that. Have also (Finally) decided on a set of wheels for the car, So am now starting the saving for them!

They key mod is a very easy one. Just take your key apart (one small screw) and put the electronic module into the new one. Then get the blade cut at a local key cutting place.

I have one spare actually. Cost me £12+p&p from HK. Willing to sell for £12+p&p if anyone wants it. Delivery faster than from the far east too.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

Got bored today so decided to see what I could do to the car. Always thought the boot lid looked too crowded with badges so removed the "Lexus" and "IS200" from the boot.

When they were removed and polished the badges where still visable so ended up flatting the bootlid with some 1500 wet and dry wet and buffing up with some G3 cutting compound on the buffer, followed with some poorboys black hole.

Also fitted in the new reversing sensors as the lexus ones were knackered, Turns out he actual sensors were full of water at the rear!

Makes the back end look a lot fresher I think!

Now saving up for a new set of alloys, Found 2 sets I like so trying to decide whilst saving for them!
