28-01-2020, 02:53 AM #22I'd personally leave it on just bolt on a blanking plate. If you then change the turbo inthe future for externally gated its simple to do!

So like ive shown bought a 2jz manifold and the job I was on has finnished so had some time to do some stuff so got to chopping

An decided to keep the cat for now so made up a pipe to add on it I know people will be say in wtf why get rid but I have my reasons for now ugly I know but need to grind the welds will look way better

Yeah 5 600 quid cheaper still got the pipe not to big of a job to stick it back on later if I want also fitted the fcd

The black box allows the true signal right through the range till 4.34v then it just continues to send that voltage regardless of the input voltage (inlet pressure).

01-02-2020, 05:37 AM #29The FCD cuts the inlet pressure signal by a percentage right through the range, the lower the number on the dial,the more it cuts it (makes it more lean and dangerous).
The black box allows the true signal right through the range till 4.34v then it just continues to send that voltage regardless of the input voltage (inlet pressure).
