very nice looking motor and some nice numbers from the dyno

so a few little updates.
I thought that the bypass pipes of the supercharger could use a little upgrades. When i was racing with my car I found out that the bypass pipe was getting very hot. Also when I had some longer rides it was getting very hot. So I decided to create a bypass pipe wich connects with a T-pipe right behind the intercooler. I drilled a 38mm hole in the inlet pipe and sliced a silicone T-piece with 38mm connection over the inlet pipe.
Then did some modification on the original bypass pipe and put a blanking plug 38mm into the original connection.
As you can see it is a really tight fit some places not more then 1 cm space but the result is good.
Now when i am racing my car till the exhaust manifold is getting red hot. The bypass pipe is still cold because when you leave the throttle it will circulate through the intercooler instead of before the intercooler.

Also planning to do some upgrades.
I bought a new bigger intercooler

New 1zz-fe celica injectors 250cc
[Image: null-53.jpg]
Also a bigger waterpump pulley is on its way 145mm will be the size.

when i get all goodies home then i will fit the rest of the parts

now last week i took my time to fit a few new parts.
Like I said before I ordered a new bigger intercooler witch I fitted pretty easy. Made 2 little brackets on top and on the bottom of the intercooler and fitted perfectly under the crash bar.
The inlet and outlet side of the intercooler was slightly bigger then the intercooler piping so i used 2,25 to 2 inch reducers to compensate.
Also ordered a lexus logo battery bar and a annodized radiator cooling panel from a forum member Robin H.
The last parts fitted were the new bigger injectors from the 1zz-fe engine. These are 250cc injectors witch fit perfectly with some new lexus Injector 0-rings.
And i must say you can feel the difference really good. no more hesitating under 2000 rpm. It pulls much stronger in the lower rpms.
Now still waiting for the 145mm waterpump pulley to upper the inlet pressure.
