I'd love to but engine isn't right healthy at the minute. Sad

needs a good service timing belt and a few gaskets are leaking oil! Not to mention the cooling system isn't right cracking.
Think a rolling road might break it! Lol!

Come up and get Ste to hook you up with a £320 timing belt and water pump service and while they are doing it you can come and watch everyone else run their cars on tbs dump! Haha

Doubt it, is the 1GFE oil pump crank driven? If so, no. I was just thinking, if you're doing timing belt, water pump etc, and you want to do the crank seal, the oil pump is the only thing left!!

O dear! :-( sorry for hijacking your thread Stix.
Didn't think the crank seal would be a big job. Thought it'd be easy with the crank pulley off. Going to inspect the timing belt today if I get chance. If it looks in good condition just going to leave it. My plan is to buy an Altezza rs200 next year and just transfer all my good bits over. If this engine fails it might just bring the project forward a bit.
