Cars looking good mate. I've just got hold of some 1zz-feel injectors for mine. Going to use them instead of the larger 295cc ones that I've already got then will decide if I use the fcd or emanage that I've got or maybe instead go for a black box as well.

Well all i can say about the blackbox is that i use one of patricks blackboxes and it runs very wel with the pulley and the bigger injectors!

I'm going to be running the same pulley and injectors but with a greddy ultimate next year. I've all the parts just going to get them fitted and mapped in the summer time

Top mod to do mate, I'm looking to do the same but cannot find a 145mm pulley anywhere . Where did you source yours mate I would happily pay to get one fabricated?

I had one fabricated by a member of the euro lexus owner club.

euro.lexusownersclub.com then send a message to Pate he can make pulleys in all diffrent sizes. Very good quality for good reasonable price.

phaebo Then started to do some porting to my supercharger. I read a lot of positive effects on porting the supercharger so i wanted to try.

Here widen up the exhaust side of the supercharger

I fact it made a little change to the car. The supercharger is now building up just under 0,4 bar instead of 0,3 and also producing slighly less heat. just a few degrees C less

I also wanted a little more noise coming of the engine bay so i bought a HKS style Blow off valve.

Also fitted a custom made Cold Air intake. With heat shielded chrome Cone air filter and blue silicone hoses. Also the rest of the air intake hoses are replaced by blue silicon hoses.

Hi

The front where the oem intake slides over it is 90-100 mm
The middle of the housing is 125 mm diameter
The back of the cone is wider it is 140mm but i needed to cut some pieces on the bottom side to make space for some wires wich are below the air filter.

I hope these numbers are what you need? I think 160mm will be slightly too big. Mine is allready touching the bonnet. Just a little of the isolation of the bonnet.
