Throwing up a P0110 fault, so I'm assuming I've stressed the wires on the intake sensor.

Got myself one of them fancy cable operated bypasses. Car keeps jumping into limp mode. Gotta rotate my bypass pipe though.

It keeps going in limp with the new bypass? Any codes?

Could be the throttle too tight

Mate, it seems that just extending the short pipe for the bypass will do the trick. Or rotating it. But a bit of welding is inevitable Smile It's going to be worth it, so don't get frustrated by some metalwork Big Grin

Very nice build btw!

Finally got my cabe bypass fitted (I'll get some pics up tomorrow)! The round the block I did for 'testing' seems to have gone good. No limp mode, even when holding it at part throttle down a dual carriageway. I'll find out more tomorrow! But fingers cross I can freely drive now.

Massive thanks to Plamen, not only for the part but for the advice. I've also ordered a 150mm pulley from him, so depending on when I can get my hands on some 1ZZ injectors it may well be done by Japfest!

Still not 100%, but no limp mode or anything of the sort, the linkage is just catching on my silicone bend, so I'm either gonna have to make a plate up to raise the bypass slightly or get a longer pipe welded on. A plate will be my first port of call, reckon it'll leak though. I'l just gasket weld the **** out of it. :whistling:

Injectors have been ordered, anyone know of a reputabe place I can get O-rings from?
