parthiban Ok there's a bit of a wait till I get the new strip, and the one on there is getting annoying as I can't open the door without first opening the front door or it catches.
First I thought I'd stick it down, but that might make it harder to remove later so have decided to remove the strip.
What's the best way to do this? Should I just pull gently? Or is there more to it than that?
heat it up to soften the sticky tape behind then use floss/fishing line...simples:lol:

Did this earlier today, good news was that I didn't even need the fishing line - after heating it up it pulled off really easily. Only problem was that getting the double sided tape off wasn't particularly easy, got most of it off but there is some remaining as in the pics below.
Should I get it all off and if so how? Or can I leave it there and just stick the new strip on top when I get hold of it?
