Thanks mate I've got a few questions!
Has anyone got any experience with running the Decat manifold and Decat pipe? These seem to really struggle with low end power!!
Also what's the best way to take the head lights apart to spray??

Dunno about the decat, but the lights are easily split in an oven on a fairly low heat... The glue softens, you split and paint them, reheat for the glue and shove back together..

IS200 Sport - Sold
Mazda 6 MPS - Zoom Zoom!

Modifications
Completed:

Currently 280bhp/295lbft; 3" Meercat custom exhaust; KW Suspension; FMIC; SSP; HPFP; Custom Stainless Steel Dials - for the moment, the only set in the world!! (Till the group buy for MPSOC anyway  )

In Progress:

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake

Decat manifolds are a good idea, as the precats in the manifold can break up and harm the engine, or melt and block the manifold branches.

Decat pipe not so much - without the main cat driveability is affected. You gain a few hp at the top end and a load of noise, but lose low-to-midrange torque.

Mines fully decatted mate and you can't notice any lose of torque or gain of power, it just adds abit of rasp to the exhaust. I have the japspeed decat pipe and have had the pre cats removed from the standard manifold. The pre cats fell apart on removal and the main cat fell apart after a tap on the floor. God knows how it passed an mot!
