Lexus is 200 Trailer hitch/hook, help!

My question is, do I need the extra oil cooler and additional upgrades oem which lexus recommends? Because I found a trailer hook for a reasonable price from an aftermarket dealer here.. (without a cooler)
Im only going to pull about 400-500 kg maximum and not to many miles a day anyway.
Btw, It's automatic.
