Hello all,

I've got a random intermittent low engine oil warning light.

It comes on when I'm cruising at the same speed for any length of time and if I blip the throttle or tap the brakes it goes?

It also doesn't come up when I drive "spiritedly"

Anyone got any ideas why its doing this? or how to stop it?

I've checked the engine oil multiple times and everything is fine.

Any help would be great!

It is engine oil pressure light that is showing, I would check the oil pump and see if it is leaking? You won't see it when driving hard because that will spin the pump harder.

I would say on balance to get it changed?
