i checked with toyota recently and i'm sure the rings were discontinued. As were the 1ggte pistons. Maybe it'll have to be aftermarket ones.

Lucky to get the rods and pistons, were did you get them? im after some to rebuild my old engine.

Ok i think Ormi will be best to confirm this for you, and it may be worth dropping him a PM.

I believe the piston rings will be the same as the 1G-FE ones, as they are the same bore and same qty of rings i.e 2 compression rings and 1 oil scraper.

As for the big end bolts, check out ARP, they will definately have some available

as far as im aware there are ARP bolts avaliable for inside the engine (remember im electronics not mechanical )

here si the extract from my add which lists ARP 2000 what ever that means lol

et of steel "H" section con rods. with forged pistons to suit the Toyota Lexus 1GFE IS200 engines. The rods come with bronze bushed small ends with 18mm pin size and are longer than std to enhance rod angle and torque output. Oil holes for piston cooling are incorporated as per std. ARP 2000 bolts are included as std. Pistons are forged aluminum with revised ring pack, piston pin offset and compression height to reduce piston noise and increase power from std factory design. Compression ratio is as per std. Pins are floating with wire clips rather than the std interference factory fit. Crown design differs from std to increase swirl for increased combustion efficiency.

The block has been Bored out from 75mm as standard to the 76mm it was stripped back and the oiled up the outside casing has been painted in black.

all new Toyota Bearings have been used throughout.

Well the ones used on your H-section rods will probably be different to std 1g-fe ones, although they may be the same

The pistons on the 1ggte are not the same as 1gfe differnt part number the rings you can still get from toyota they are 145 pounds for the set 2 weeks del

the bolts that are on the ones that rabster have are not the same they just use a bolt the std 1gfe/1ggte are bolts and nuts going to have alook around on arp site see if there is something the same?

Big end shells are not the same as 1gfe but you can still get them from toyota in all the sizes
