Hi
Suggestions please guys.
I'm thinking of getting the bonnet wrapped on my silver lex.
Havn't got a clue what colour. I'd like to keep it understated as best possible.
I was thinking a clear carbon so as the original colour shows through but can't seem to find anyone who has it in my area (sth London). It has a few minor stone chips do wanted them to be hidden
Been quoted £120 for the bonnet. In a silver carbon
Or is it better to get the paint work corrected instead.

It completely up to you I think mate.

Personally not a massive fan of carbon wraps on bonnets, but something like Patrick did on his IS looks good.

correct the paint. Carbon wrap looks terrible, even the dinoc 3M stuff makes your car look tesco value as hell.

Just my opinion though.

I'm planning on using 3M vinyl to do a section at the front to cover/protect from stone chips but I wouldn't do a whole bonnet in it personally.

Just get a carbon bonnet, you can pick the seibon ones up for £430 or so.
