Is there any reason that you can't just fit a bigger one way fuel line?

You could do. But with boost you could do with a rising pressure as you go into boost this is easiest achieved using an aftermarket fpr

And an after market fpr requires a return line? What is the actual purpose of the fuel return line? Is it just the fuel equivalent of a bov that recirculates excess back into the tank?

I'm not going external fuel pressure regulator.
And as I'm staying low boost due to std internals, the std fueling should be ok.

i'm running a emanage blue and i joined the lambda together. and as for low boost you will still need a fuel return line and a bigger pump for there is a chance when you gas it you will be running lean and thats not good. better to go the right way first time. or your just waiting for the problems to come.

Yes mate. It basically controls the pressure from the pump through the rail to itself.

The standard one is in the tank, so in theory you could fit it there I suppose.

Looks like I need to add more things to my shopping list.
What about a fpr from a Celica turbo or MR2 turbo? The std ones must be rising rate.
What pipe do you'll use to make the fuel return line from and where can it be reconnected to the tank for the return?
