Bandit's Supercharged IS200 take 2 :-)
I know a guy from Austria who fitted recently on a Lexus IS200 TTE supercharger a 160mm and stated that there was a significant increase in heat of the air at the exit of the supercharger in compare to the 150mm (he had a 150mm initially) was not significant. This is due to the factor that with the 160mm pulley the supercharger will operate at almost its maximum efficiency. So he is looking for a way to decrease the temperature of the air after the supercharger. So bear that in mind. Also make sure that your mapping will be good otherwise you will definetely harm your internals. The compression and the volume of the supercharger is much much bigger than a turbo kit. Also make sure your fuel supply is in good condition. Your engine will need much more fuel now. I changed my fuel pump and filter with a new one to be safe. Also you will need bigger injectors otherwise you will not have a significant power increase (so waste of point to fit a larger pulley without having power gain).
Regarding the temperature increase I am thinking to use the water injection that i have or a chargecooler when i fit the 160mm pulley together with a new remap.
Here are some videos of the guy i mentioned above. he is using a haltech silver edition ecu. as you see he has also increased the rev limit any his engine light is on and the trc is flashimg. this is because he has not mapped well the ecu. Also he is running to rich which not good either.

At the 2nd video he belt is slipping a lot due to the hight revs of the supercharger. Before jumping into conclusions he has tigten a lot the belt and use the smallest possible belt for the 160mm pulley. So I suggest (and also told him too) to use a 6PK and not a 5PK belt. You will have more grip with 6V than 5V.
dimis It is a 150mm mate, not 145

Sprayed the TRD rear skirt over the past few days, and just fitted it :thumbup1:
Still needs a polish but ran out of time today plus the cars dirty :whistling:
Need to lift the exhaust too, as its still sitting a bit low :Shooting:
Lexuspat Looking very good mate
Your exhaust was really low didn't look that bad before.
Shouldn't be to hard to sort

Still think yours is definitely one of the cleanest examples around Chris.
It is looking very nice - why does it need a full respray, looks pretty decent in the pics?
