Yes mate i'll be starting to clean and polish the old one soon, got a couple of guys after one now, so will clean the old one and swap it with one of the guys, then do the next one and swap again so i always have one to play with in case anyone wants a cleaner looking one :thumbup1:
Got to order a sheet of stainless steel so i can start to make the bottle covers again and a few other bits i want to tidy up :thumbup1:

Then started to do the rear, took one side off and removed the shock and arb drop link? found one of the bolts holding the arb in place had broken so was held on by one bolt :ohmy: fitted the shock and went and jacked up the other side, undid the shock then looked for the drop link bolt?? MMMmmm now where would that be????????:confused::confused:

Yes you guessed it, there's NO BOLT and NO DROP LINK attached to the ARB??
hock:hock:To say i wasn't impressed is an understatement :cursing::cursing::mad::mad::cursing::cursing:
So now i have to drill the broken bolt out, and now get a drop link and lower bolt so i can finish the job :cursing::cursing::cursing::mad:

Thought i'd crack on and fit the Koni shocks/springs and the TTE arbs today, fronts fitted fine and look good with no problems...

Yeh there **** mate, the allen key head usually rounds off and the nut jams tight due to the dirt round them? i usually clean the threads off and give them a good soak before trying to remove them? the other 3 were fine and came off no problem? but the 4th didn't exist :Chair:
