you will have to change your clutch if your over 230bhp. it will slip. bigger injectors are a must if you want more than 230 bhp as they wont be able to handle more than that. also a black box wont do it you will need a piggy back ecu for a good map. plus a new fuel pump and extra bits will be needed

If you are serious about tuning the car, spend the money on getting an after market ECU like a Syvecs first. Get the car running well with that, then start modifying it.

That makes more sense.
RyanG of 2bar tuning sells, fits and maps Syvecs ecu's.
I'll drop him a message.
Wasn't going to go beyond 7psi tops as internals are std.
I do have a set of forged rods, but not looking for megga power.

john wan Im running standard injectors car didnt like the green ones when I fitted them I had a problem with my fuel regulator wouldnt drop low enough an was running rich
Think standard clutch is also used on tow cars so used to the strain

Thanks john, good to know the std clutch is up to the job.
Std injectors to stay then.

john wan you may want to combine them into one reading. did this with mine. cut and soldered the wires together into one feed

Do you actually need a fuel return line?

Are you talking about combining the lambda reading?

yes this is what i had to do. i opened up the ecu box cover and found the lambda sensor wires and just cut one and joined it to the other one so the ecu gets the same reading from both but is getting all of it from one sensor. and yes you will need a fuel return line
