Bonnet looks good Bandit, i also saw hurricaine's wheel thread, think the split rims would look good on there aswell, but i also really liked the Lex 17's you polished with the black centres, either way, it's coming along rapid!!!

i love what ur doing

just a small question u used sheet metal to make the covers how did you connect the ends together IE welded or not and how did you fit the lid to them really would like to know

IIRC the ends are rivvited and the top is soldered on? Might be wrong though :biggrin:

BHP- how fast you hit the wall, TORQUE- how far you push the wall
OVER STEER- Dont see the wall, UNDER STEER- You do see it

Yes mate, the 1st one i brazed the top on with silver solder, but didn't like the finish so the one that's fitted now has rivets at the back where it joins, and the top rivets on through small tabs that i left on the bottom part , the 1st one i made was out out very thin stainless and this ones made out of polished alloy sheet, which is a lot easier to work with :thumbup1:
